This section allows you to gather information about the user base of your platform.
For each customer account, you will find general details, commercial activity, access in progress, follow-up of exchanges with customer support and viewing activity.
Information tab Information:
- Status: determines whether the account is active or inactive
- Language: this is the language chosen by the user to browse the site
- Valid orders placed: an order can contain a subscription or a video by the unit. The order is marked as paid when the payment has been validated.
- Video viewed / Total watched: this feature is active if your Kinow offer gives you access to viewing statistics (contact us for more information about our offers). - Newsletter: when the user registers on your platform, you can add a "Newsletter registration" box. This field is informative and allows you to create filtered exports for integration into a third party CRM or an external emailing tool. It can also be automatically used for a synchronization to the Mailchimp API via the "Platform settings> Apps integration" menu.
- Opt-in: when the user registers on your platform, you can add an "Opt-in" box (commercial and partner ads). This field is informative and allows you to make filtered exports for integration into a third party CRM or an external emailing tool.
Cart rules assigned:
- Lists the cart rules (discounts) used by the customer during a previous order Products bought List of the different products bought by the user
Orders Tab:
- Gathers all the orders made by the customer account and the associated basket product
Access tab:
- Gathers the video access by unit (TVOD) and subscriptions (SVOD) of the customer account. An "access" is automatically created following the purchase of a product (video or subscription) on the platform. Each access has an expiration date defined by the access time of the product purchased (the duration may be unlimited). In addition, it is possible to manually add access to the customer account from their profile.
Messages tab Lists the previous support conversations with the customer account
Watched videos:

You can modify the customer's file / profile by clicking on the "Modify" button.
