Users can contact you to provide feedback on needs or suggestions.
The conversations are saved on the Kinow admin panel in the "Customers> Customer Support" menu.
You can assign a status to each conversation:
- Closed (the discussion is over)
- Pending 1 (for example, if you are waiting for a response from a customer)
- Pending 2
The conversations are classified by category. Thus, when sending a message via the contact form, the user is invited to select from a drop-down menu the object of their request:
- Customer services
- General information
- Technical questions
It is possible to customize these types of contacts via the tab: "Platform Settings> Support Contacts".
